Owning rental properties, or sitting on a board for a Home Owners or Condo Association is like owning any other business. It requires a lot of time and energy to do it well. Staying on top of the day-to-day is important to success. Bookkeeping, scheduling maintenance, collecting rent, managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, and of course scheduling move ins and move outs fall into our experiences. Managing properties can be a full time job in itself.
